Cylinder Hire Charge The cylinder hire charge is applicable on each cylinder provided in the case of a first time purchase or where no identical empty is returned for a gas refill order. The cylinder hire charge is non refundable, if you no longer require the cylinder we will collect the cylinder and keep it on credit against your account. Cylinders always remain the property of Flo gas.

This bottle has been specifically designed for Fork Lift Trucks (FLT). Fitted with magnets, prohibiting metallic debris from entering the fuel injection system. Pumps are protected by special filters (Y-Strainer).

Bottle Installations

Make sure you are in a well-lit and well-ventilated area before you install your gas cylinder. It is also important to check that you have the correct type of regulator for your cylinder.

We advise that you check both the inside and outside of your hose pipe for signs of any deterioration or damage. The hose pipe should be marked as suitable for use with LPG, and will be date-stamped with its production date. If this date has surpassed 5 years, you will need to purchase a new hose for recommended safety reasons.

Product Sales Terms

The placing of an order means you agree to purchase products from us. Shipment will only be done if the verification process is completed. You must ensure that your order is complete and accurate.

Limitations of Liability

The Gas Distro does not accept liability for any consequential damage caused which extends beyond the value of the goods sold by us.

The Gas Distro ("The Company") supplies bottled gas in accordance with the highest standards and regulations. Though, The Company shall not be liable for any damage, injury, loss, including any indirect or consequential loss, arising from or related to the use of our bottled gas if:

  • Such damage or loss is a result or consequence of a customer's or third party's actions, errors, or omissions, or
  • Any fault or failure of any appliance or system within the customer's control in which the bottled gas is used.

Delivery Terms

If you order products from our site for delivery outside of our delivery area, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your purchase.  It is your responsibility to check if we offer delivery to your postcode.

  • If we (The Gas Distro) are unable to make the delivery due to an issue on our end, we will make arrangements for re-delivery at no extra cost.
  •  If you, (The Customer) cannot accept delivery or have forgotten or not made arrangements to take delivery when we arrive, you will lose the delivery charge paid and will then pay the charge again unless you are willing to wait to have it delivered within three days under our free delivery service. 
  •  If you require delivery outside our delivery postcodes, please call us to check if we may be able to assist you.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns will only be accepted if the product is not as described and request for return is made within 24 hours of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the product is faulty.

Privacy

We safeguard the confidentiality of your information, but data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, thus we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

Law and Jurisdiction
