The Gas Distro does not accept liability for any consequential damage caused which extends beyond the value of the goods sold by us.

The Gas Distro ("The Company") supplies bottled gas in accordance with the highest standards and regulations. Though, The Company shall not be liable for any damage, injury, loss, including any indirect or consequential loss, arising from or related to the use of our bottled gas if:

• Such damage or loss is a result or consequence of a customer's or third party's actions, errors, or omissions, or
• Any fault or failure of any appliance or system within the customer's control in which the bottled gas is used.

Delivery Terms

If you order products from our site for delivery outside of our delivery area, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your purchase.  It is your responsibility to check if we offer delivery to your postcode.

• If we (The Gas Distro) are unable to make the delivery due to an issue on our end, we will make arrangements for re-delivery at no extra cost.
•  If you, (The Customer) cannot accept delivery or have forgotten or not made arrangements to take delivery when we arrive, you will lose the delivery charge paid and will then pay the charge again unless you are willing to wait to have it delivered within three days under our free delivery service. 
•  If you require delivery outside our delivery postcodes, please call us to check if we may be able to assist you.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns will only be accepted if the product is not as described and request for return is made within 24 hours of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the product is faulty.

We safeguard the confidentiality of your information, but data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, thus we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

Law and Jurisdiction

The contract under these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the UK and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
